Title: Installation Analyst (I) - German Speaker
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Key Responsibilities:
Management of NCR Atleos' installation activities, products, and services procured by the customer, and third-party products and services for customers.
Other responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the provision of services such as equipment upgrades, redeployment, and site preparation services.
Creating Service requests
Analyze and review works and add NCR Atleos jobs to the main schedule
When inputting the job into the schedule, ensure the scope of work is accurate and more detailed if possible.
Capturing the main contractor information and adding to the schedule.
Sanity checking site-specific documentation and SOW to ensure no discrepancies or omissions
Ensure all relevant details are received for jobs that require it, relevant passes, HW deliveries etc.
Ensuring all ad hoc jobs are added to the schedule.
Production of weekly / monthly project reports if required (mainly consists of install data – number of installs, number of stores, types of installs.)
Liaising with all relevant teams involved in project delivery to ensure all steps are in place for smooth delivery
Participating in weekly governance calls
Reporting trends/issues / identifying and highlighting project risks
Liaise with 3rd parties as relevant to engage work requests and procure critical site information.
Prepare correspondence letters, emails, etc. and assist in preparation of presentation
Basic requirements:
Excellent written and verbal German communication skills
Basic understanding of the English language
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Customer-focused individual
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with less supervision
Good time management and organizational skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related education/experience is preferred.
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
