What you will do:
The INSIS Configurator is responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining the Fadata INSIS core insurance platform. The role focuses on implementing insurance products, business rules, workflows, and system functionalities in alignment with business requirements. The position works closely with business analysts, developers, testers, and operations teams.


Your day-to-day:
•    Configure insurance products within the INSIS platform (Life, Health, Group Pension).
•    Implement and maintain business rules, rating logic, underwriting rules, workflow processes especially in the three main areas: Product, Billing & Collection and Claims.
•    Configure screens, UI elements, and business process flows.
•    Analyze functional specifications and translate them into system configuration.
•    Perform unit testing and support system testing for configured features.
•    Provide support during product rollout phases, including UAT assistance and production readiness.
•    Analyze and resolve incidents (L2/L3 support).
•    Create and maintain documentation for configuration items and system changes.
•    Collaborate with developers on extensions, integrations, reporting and customizations (e.g., web services, external systems).
•    Collaborate, support other business units, and partner product teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment.

Qualifications:
•    Hands-on experience with Fadata INSIS (modules, tools, product configuration).
•    Strong understanding of insurance processes: policy administration, claims, billing, underwriting.
•    Knowledge of XML, XSD, SQL, and understanding of SOAP/REST web services.
•    Ability to interpret functional/business requirements and translate them into technical configuration.
•    Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail.
•    Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams (BA, QA, Developers).
•    Very good command of English (spoken and written).

Bonus points for:
•    Experience with INSIS scripting or development of custom extensions.
•    Experience with digital insurance projects, system migrations, or portal integrations. 
•    Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
•    Certifications in INSIS or other core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Sapiens, OIPA).
