ROLE OVERVIEW
As one of the top players in cashless payments industry in Europe, we are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated and ambitious person who would like to take a great step forward in analytical skills development as a new member of European Insights and Analytics Team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Acquires data from multiple data sources in order to perform analysis and reporting
Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or patterns in complex data in order to provide answers to business questions as well as provide recommendations for action
Presents data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations so they act upon them and make data driven decisions
Ensures all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards
Collaborating with teams across the organisation to develop and provide insights and analytics supporting business performance and decision-making, including but not limited to:
Analysing sales process and behaviour to drive efficiency and unification
Modelling customer strategy related projects and providing analytical support to project teams
Delivering insights based on financial analytical datasets to business stakeholders
Extracting, processing and understanding business data to deliver tailored analysis for internal stakeholders
Identifying customer attrition drivers and supporting the development of retention initiatives
Leveraging SalesForce.com and other internal data sources to provide insights and recommendations to the end-to-end sales and customer servicing processes
OUR REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Analytics or Finance
Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret results to present insights clearly
Ability to build and process complex datasets to deliver commercial insights
Knowledge of Power BI or similar
Basic SQL skills
Proficient Excel, and PowerPoint skills to support Senior Leadership presentation
Fluent English language, oral and written
Quick-learner and positive, confident communicator
OPTIONAL
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong eye for detail
Financial Services experience is a plus but not essential
Experience in tools like Power Query/Power Pivot is a plus
Experience in multinational organization is welcomed
