Key Accountabilities of The Inside Sales & Technical Support Specialist:

• Customer service liaison between customer and all departments

• Sales Order Review

• Quoting

• Order Entry

• Technical Background in Manufacturing Engineering

• Product Configuration

• Sales Reporting

• Discount Analysis

The Inside Sales & Technical Support Specialist will have the following minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred (in Engineering related field)

-or-

• Bachelor's and 3-5 year of experience in manufacturing of consumer goods

-or-

• Associate's Degree and 7+ years' experience in Engineering field

-or-

• High School Diploma and 10+ years' experience with Inside Sales in similar field

-plus-

• Bilingual- Spanish a plus

• Knowledge of Company and Industry

• Customer Relationship Management

• Strong business and financial acumen

• This is NOT a remote position location office in Sulligent, AL
