You will develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth through high-performing teams; set and monitor KPIs across teams delivering substantial revenue targets; build and optimize team structures for both inbound and outbound effectiveness; ensure alignment with field sales and marketing; manage inside sales headcount and resources; drive continuous improvement and capability development across teams.

What you’ll do as Inside sales Team Leader:

  • Develop and execute strategic inside sales plans aligned with regional business objectives and revenue targets.

  • Drive the transformation from reactive to proactive sales approaches, implementing outbound sales methodologies to create leads and opportunities.

  • Establish, monitor, and optimize KPIs across conversion, quality, and productivity metrics.

  • Build strong collaboration frameworks between inside sales, field sales, and marketing teams.

  • Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies for inside sales excellence.

  • Design and implement standardized sales processes, call frameworks, and quality assurance programs.

  • Oversee the effective utilization of CRM and sales enablement technologies.

  • Manage resource planning and capacity optimization across teams.

You are:

  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales performance and business development with consistent target achievement.

  • Proven ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data-driven performance optimization.

  • Expertise in sales enablement technologies and digital selling tools.

  • Demonstrated success in process design and implementation.

  • Change management experience with focus on sales transformation.
