POSITION SUMMARY
DEXIS is one of the largest dental companies in the world. The Inside Sales organization has a charter to accelerate growth in software subscriptions. The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a sales team by creating standardized processes, providing coaching and mentoring, and continuing to identify ways drive efficiencies within the team. The Supervisor leads a team of Software Sales Executives whose primary responsibility is to grow our DTX and DEXIS software subscription business, in addition to partnering with other departments to grow sales within the category.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee key performance indicators through daily management to consistently achieve sales objectives
Build and maintain a high performing sales team
Work cross functionally with teams to monitor trends related to the revenue generated from the sales team
Partner with Marketing and other departments to drive additional sales
Create standard work within the team to drive consistent funnel management
Develop a positive culture of purpose and accountability to results
Actively remove obstacles and build skills to improve sales effectiveness
Build informal leadership within the team
Cultivate a healthy, diverse, and inclusive sales culture
Effectively manage change and build a culture of engaged, empowered employees
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School or equivalent required
2+ years of sales experience; Software or Service-Level Agreement sales experience preferred
Able to inspire and lead the team through transformational change
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high performing sales teams
Strong track record of driving sales results through a team of direct reports
Strong analytical skills and ability to adjust tactics as needed to win in the marketplace
Experience with CRM and ERP systems
Willing and able to travel to the United States 1-2xs per year
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of subscription sales leadership experience
Microsoft Dynamics or Sales Force Experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
