主要职责: 本职位的目标是为现有客户提供优质高效的客户服务,释放销售的生产力到开拓市 场,为稳固和提高公司在市场上的占有率提供强有力的保障。 ⚫ 能够定期联系名单内的现存客户取得销售订单; ⚫ 申请价格,制作报价单或进入客户系统下载订单; ⚫ 准确、及时地把客户订单输入Oracle系统,并持续跟进订单状态; ⚫ 与计划团队协作,跟进到货进展,确保发货及时,提高准时交付率; ⚫ 协助销售完成销售预测,跟进预测清单; ⚫ 及时跟进处理客户投诉和服务团队紧密协作,来确保业绩的完成; ⚫ 能够提供业务下滑风险预警,转给销售以便他们做萎缩原因分析和对策; ⚫ 负责对接外部供应商提供的潜在客户信息,并承担后续订单跟进及落实工作;
