Role Summary/Purpose:
This Inside Sales Specialist position is responsible for selling Regional, Market and Store/Station level client leadership on the benefits of our products so that they can drive product engagement and in store/station execution to accomplish/exceed credit goals.
This role will partner with Field Sales Managers (FSMs) and Sales Leaders to provide consultation, analytics, program awareness and reporting to the clients within the assigned territories to increase Applications, Sales and/or Station Engagement for the portfolio.
Essential Responsibilities:
Own a defined territory / set of accounts
Conduct outbound telephone consultations with clients on assigned accounts to educate them on the value of credit (i.e. benefits, strategies, rates, terms and conditions) and how to best use to improve their financial offerings
Develop and maintain key external client relationships at the store/station, market/jobber, regional and district levels
Drive increased levels of performance (i.e. application and sales/station engagement results) for assigned territory
Implement targeted strategies to increase client engagement for underperforming territories / accounts within defined risk parameters
Support sales and marketing campaigns
Partner with Client Development/Sales Support to develop and deliver client reporting / analysis packages at the store/station; market/jobber; division and regional levels
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions with clients to ensure strong knowledge of the credit program, compliance requirements and campaigns via conference call and Webex. Support follow up training as required
Provide support in a regional territory, either by supporting the Field Sales Manager (FSM) or by independently overseeing a remote zone
Receive and manage inbound calls from client contacts related to Marketing campaigns, training follow ups, general program questions or client concerns
Assist in client escalation and resolution processes
Deliver on Quality Assurance standards set forth by the organization
Capture all client interactions in Salesforce
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of telephone sales/field sales experience in financial services industry; or related industry
Minimum of 3 years sales experience if unrelated industry
Demonstrated ability to use various software programs including; Salesforce, Business Center, RAPID, Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Desired Characteristics:
BA or BS degree
Spanish/English fluency
CRM experience (Sales Force preferred)
Professional and consultative selling skills with emphasis on influencing others to take action
Ability to work in a team
Analytical thinker with excellent presentation, organization, communication and time Management skills to successfully support your Commercial Zone

The hourly rate range for this position is $25.50 - $35.00/hr USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience or skill level.

You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities such as regular business or team meetings, training and culture events.

Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
