Inside Sales Specialist, Staff **SIGN ON BONUS**
Location: Middleburg Heights, OH (greater Cleveland area)
Salary: $52,800 - $60,000

Your Challenge:
Provide timely responses to customer requests
Accurately process customer orders
Utilize ERP system to create customer contracts, update pricing, create BOMs
Be the inside representative for 2 major customers
Maintain a neat and clean work area.
Your Expertise:
Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline, preferred
1-3 years of related experience
Ability to effectively communicate with others
Strong oral and written communication skills
MS Office experience required
Experience in ERP/MRP system preferred
