Role Overview:

The Inside Sales Rep provides support to Enterprise and Major Sales Account Reps to drive deals from business development to closure. This is a cross functional role which may work with legal, customer success, finance, renewal, and quoting teams to ensure deals are closed effectively. An ISR may be responsible for the full-sales cycle for commercial level businesses independently.

役割について

  • 割り当てられたテリトリー(5,000社以上の企業・組織を含む)における新規・既存ビジネスをご担当頂きます。

  • 意義のある顧客との対話やエンゲージメントを推進し、ポジティブなビジネス成果を達成します。

  • 新規案件の見積もり作成からクローズまでを、プログラムに基づいた体系的かつ構造化された手法で進めます。

  • 案件クローズまでスピーディに進めるため、ポリシーとプロセスを理解します。

  • 営業(Sales)およびチャネルパートナーと連携し、案件レビューを行い、新規商談に取り組みます。

  • 定期的なフォーキャスト(売上予測)会議に参加し、目標を上回る成果を達成するための計画を立案します。

  • 新規ビジネスのリスクを特定し、チャネルセールスチームおよび他部門と協力してリスクの軽減を図り、必要に応じてエスカレーションを行います。

  • 製品知識 – 継続的な学習とソリューション・イネーブルメント(有効化)・トレーニングを通じて、Trellixの全製品およびサービススイートに対する理解を常に深めます。

  • セールスチームへのサポート - チームやマネージャーと常に情報を共有し、他部署(チャネルを含む)と連携し、会社のポリシーと価値観を遵守し、短期的および長期的な目標のバランスを維持します。

応募条件

  • テクノロジー、製品、ソフトウェア、またはビジネス開発において5年以上の経験をお持ちの方。セキュリティソフトウェア業界での経験があれば尚可。

  • セールス機会を逃さず販売することへの情熱があり、一貫して売上ノルマ(クォータ)を達成・超過してきた実績があること。

  • 規律あるタイムマネジメント、アカウントマネジメント、テリトリーマネジメントのスキル、および優れた口頭・書面でのコミュニケーションスキル。

  • 新規開拓志向が強く、成果創出に意欲的な方。

  • 目標とするセールス目標を上回る成果を達成するために、セルフモチベーションを持ち、粘り強く、成功に向けて邁進できる方。

  • 社内外を問わず、高いプレゼンテーションスキルをお持ちの方。

  • TOEIC 700点以上相当の英語力をお持ちの方。ビジネスレベル(読み書き・会話)

Overview
The Tier 3 Inside Sales Representative is responsible for proposing Trellix's comprehensive portfolio to companies and organizations across all industry segments—including government, finance, manufacturing, and energy—to solve our customers' cybersecurity challenges. Additionally, you will collaborate with Solutions Engineering (SE) and Channel leaders to provide end-users and partners with information on Trellix's latest technologies, products, and licensing, offering support for demonstrations and POVs (Proof of Value) as needed. Through these activities, you will contribute to the expansion of Trellix's business, leveraging the cooperation of our Distributors and Resellers to successfully cover a broad market.

About the Role:
● You will be responsible for the new business in an assigned territory, which includes over 5000 companies/organizations.
● Drive meaningful customer conversations and engagements to achieve positive business outcomes.
● Programmatic and structured approach to quoting and closing new opportunities.
● Understand policies and processes to better improve time to deal with closure.
● Partner with Sales and channel partners to do deal reviews and work on new opportunities.
● Participate in regular forecasting calls and devise plans to overachieve targets.
● Identify risks of new business and work with the channel sales team and cross-functional groups to perform risk mitigation or escalate as needed.
● Product Knowledge – Through constant learning and solutions enablement training, you can always increase your understanding of Trellix's full product and services suite of offerings.
● Sales Team Support - continuously share information with team and manager, work with other departments (including channel), follow company policies and values, and can balance short and long-term goals

About You:
● Your background includes 5+ years of experience in technology, product, or business development. Security Software industry experience is an absolute plus.
● Your passion for identifying and selling additional sales opportunities is evident per your proven record of accomplishment of success (consistently achieve/overachieve quota).
● Your disciplined time management, account management and territory management skills, as well as excellent verbal, and written communication skills, all contribute toward your success.
● You are energized by creating new business opportunities.
● Must be self-motivated, persistent, and be able to drive for success to deliver above sales goals.
● Strong presentation skills both internally and externally.
● English proficiency equivalent to a TOEIC score of 700 or above.
