Inside Sales Representative, Independent (Bilingual)

You’ll own the full cycle—from leveraging our Trading Post platform to driving sales execution—ensuring operational excellence and unlocking growth opportunities that keep YETI at the forefront of the outdoor industry.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our Canadian sales organization by managing the order book, driving in-season selling, and ensuring customer needs are met in close collaboration with our Outside Territory Representatives. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and French will be key to building strong relationships and delivering a premium customer experience across diverse regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support & Account Management

  • Partner with Outside Territory Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets through world-class account management.

  • Manage and communicate the order book to dealers and reps on a regular cadence.

  • Identify in-season sales opportunities and communicate risks related to inventory, PO timelines, or credit concerns.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to dealers by providing expert product knowledge and offering solutions to their concerns while building strong relationships.

  • Review incoming purchase orders and ensure special instructions are communicated to relevant departments.

  • Support resolution of warranty issues or concerns.

  • Field Support & Activation

  • Collaborate with Outside Sales and Marketing teams to support product launches and seasonal activations.

  • Assist in bringing assortments to life through in-store support, merchandising guidance, and dealer engagement.

  • Participate in dealer training and motivation initiatives to foster brand advocacy and encourage B2B adoption

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B account management, customer service, or inside sales.

  • Bilingual (English/French) required to support Quebec and other French-speaking regions.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce) is an asset.

  • Strong organizational and priority management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across teams and with customers.
