KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· • Manage a portfolio of small and emerging accounts, focusing on relationship‑based selling.
· • Respond quickly to inbound inquiries with product information, quotes, and follow‑ups.
· • Research and identify potential new accounts to generate new sales leads.
· • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and technical content.
· • Resolve customer questions and support issues.
· • Maintain accurate customer files and CRM updates.
· • Prepare sales activity reports, presentations, and internal summaries.
· • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to stay informed on new programs.
· • Present a professional customer‑centric image.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
· • Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience.
· • Strong communication skills and follow‑up discipline.
· • Basic negotiation and opportunity‑qualification skills.
· • Strong project management capability and ability to handle competing priorities.
· • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
· • Customer‑service driven with professional presence.
Pay Range : $22.71 to 34.07/hr
The actual compensation that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors. This role will remain open until filled.
