Your Responsibilities
 

• Proactively work with Account Managers in developing new opportunities in order to increase sales and grow market share
• Provide a quick, efficient response to all enquiries
• Process all post, email, telephone responses, negotiate and close business
• Investigate and resolve customer problems
• Manage and review customer forecasts and logistics
• Contact suppliers and Abacus Asset department for quotes and prices

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience from internal sales, ideally from sales of electronic components
• Personable and driven
• Strong command of MS Office with emphasis on Excel; SAP knowledge would be an advantageous, however full training will be given
• Ability to quickly learn new practices and systems
• Ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Good English language fluency (both written and oral)
• Be result-oriented and service minded
