We are searching for a passionate, dedicated, team player who is self-motivated and goal oriented to fill the position of Inside Sales Representative on our BC Sales team. The Role:
The role of Inside Sales Representative is part of a tight-knit team responsible for processing orders and ensuring cases of inventory are delivered to our customers throughout British Columbia in multiple trade channels. This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to think quickly, while managing multiple tasks, and ensuring prompt follow up. Detail orientation, reliability and a passion for teamwork are critical to succeeding this role.
In addition, Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for handling all inquiries and requests from internal stakeholders as well as our external stakeholder ContainerWorld, while working cohesively with our Operations Team. This will begin as a contract position, with potential to become full-time or move elsewhere in our business for candidates who display strong performance, a growth mindset and a relentless desire to win.
Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate processing of daily orders for BC Direct customers (LRS, Grocery, & On-Premise).
Handle customer enquiries, solve problems in real-time and navigate difficult conversations with a focus on win-win outcomes.
Act as the first point of contact for inquiries about new product launches, supply, order process systems, pricing, product returns, and payment inquiries.
Coordinate New Account setup by working with customers, set up desk, finance, and sales managers to provide details on new customer information prior to order fulfillment.
Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to maintain accurate Inventory Reports.
Generate and distribute Daily Sales reports for management team.
Support the delivery of the annual sales plan through targeted key strategic initiatives and by cultivating customer relationships and synergies.
Job Requirements:
Grade 12 diploma.
Demonstrated ability to maintain impeccable attention to detail while navigating a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
Proven problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to deal effectively with customers and peers.
Team player who enjoys contributing to a high-performing close-knit group.
Computer literacy with potential to grasp new systems quickly and seek coaching/feedback.
Genuine interest and passion for the alcohol beverage industry, specifically wine.
Liquor industry, hospitality, customer service or retail experience an asset.

COMPENSATION: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00. The budgeted range considers several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
