Our Avnet Silica Inside Sales team in Madrid is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist Apprentice !
As an ISS apprentice you will get a chance to kickstart your sales career while earning and learning. This is a hands-on role where you will support the team combining inside sales and customer service to sell products, services and solutions to new and existing customers through a variety of inbound and outbound multimedia communications (e.g., telephone, email, portals).
Principal Responsibilities:
Delivers solutions or finds new opportunities for a positive customer experience.
Initiates and answers sales inquiries.
Promptly and accurately responds to customer information requests.
Monitors/follows up on sales activities throughout the process from initial contact to order fulfillment.
Working in a team environment, share sales efforts and strategies with internal resources and suppliers.
Support customer requirements for inventories, delivery lead time and unit prices.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Level Specifications:
You will acquire sales skills through work experience and formal training to perform daily tasks.
Tasks are routine, repetitive and manual in nature with minimal complexity or variation and specific to the job.
Work is performed under supervision with detailed instructions. Priorities are provided for performing work.
You will interact mostly with immediate peers within assigned team. Based on nature of the role, may respond to requests from others in the organization.
Education and Certification(s):
New graduates holding a University Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) or new graduates from FP.
What we are looking for:
To be eligible for an apprentice contract,
Not having completed studies more than 3 years ago.
Not having been employed in a Apprentice contract before
English fluent is mandatory.
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian.
Excellent communication skills.
