Inside Sales PSE Sales Executive – Canada

Manila Full time

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned ESF house accounts.

  • Manage low-revenue accounts (<$5000), identifying growth opportunities.

  • Conduct outreach via phone or Zoom to maintain engagement.

  • Escalate digital product interest to appropriate Sales Executives.

  • Assist with order placement (ebooks and hard copies).

  • Vet new customer inquiries and route them to the correct representative.

  • Respond to requests including desk copies and general inquiries.

  • Maintain accurate records and updates in Salesforce (SFDC).

  • Support billing and invoicing processes reflected in SFDC.

  • Assist with Evolve admin tasks and other non-selling activities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., ESF Nursing) to align strategies.

  • Participate in territory reviews, pipeline development, and lead generation.

  • Contribute to year-over-year sales growth through strategic outreach and relationship building.

  • Perform other sales-related and administrative duties as assigned.

  • Other duties may be assigned.
