Your role in our team

As Inside Sales for Multivendor, you will play a central part in the day-to-day operations of multivendor team. You will manage operational tasks, ensure accurate documentation, follow up on requests, and support seamless communication with colleagues, vendors and partners.

What you will do:

• Process and follow up on dedicated orders, licenses and related requests.
• Prepare, maintain and manage accurate documentation, quotes and internal records.
• Act as a point of contact for administrative and operational questions via phone, Microsoft Teams and email (in Slovenian and English).
• Ensure precise data entry and reporting in internal systems.
• Monitor deadlines, approvals and process flows to support smooth operations.
• Provide general team support including planning, coordination and backup duties.
