We’re expanding our team! Due to an increase in proposal requests and growing demand for technical support across our Pumps, Cyclones and Valves (PCV) portfolio, we are seeking a proactive and technically minded Inside Sales Engineer to join our high-performing team.
In this role, you’ll support Sales Engineers and Account Managers by preparing high-quality proposals, developing equipment recommendations, and providing accurate cost estimates. You’ll work closely with engineering, product teams, commercial, and customer service to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and professional support—every time.

Prepare compliant, well-presented proposals within required timeframes
Review customer drawings, flowsheets and specifications to develop cost estimates
Recommend equipment solutions and prepare technical proposals
Coordinate inputs from sales, engineering, product, finance, legal and commercial teams
Support customer service with technical queries and scheduling
Assist Sales with equipment selection forms, kickoff forms and order requirements
Maintain strong product knowledge and build collaborative relationships across teams
Foster a strong safety culture
Occasional domestic travel (1–3 trips/year)
Engineering degree (Mechanical or Chemical)
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics and engineering documents
Strong technical and mathematical capability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with strong organisation and prioritisation skills
Customer-focused, proactive and able to work effectively in a team
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport
