Role Summary:
As an Inside Sales Engineer, you maintain and grow customer relationships, understand purchase agreements and market trends, and coordinate closely with Flowserve teams and channel partners to drive sales.
Your Role:
Achieve assigned booking targets.
Maintain regular communication with Italian customers.
Develop marketing plans aligned with regional sales goals.
Act as the primary customer contact for proposals, deliveries, repairs, and warranty matters.
Educate customers on product features and value.
Collaborate with engineering, customer service, and manufacturing teams.
Keep organized records, reports, quotes, and expenses.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Fluent Italian and English.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred:
Experience with pumps, mechanical seals, and rotating equipment.
Knowledge of general, chemical, oil & gas industries and API 610.
Sales, negotiation, or business finance training.
Ability to conduct root-cause analysis.
Project management experience.
