Inside Sales Coordinator

The Inside Sales Coordinator – Multi-Family Aftermarket serves as the primary liaison between demand-creation teams and the sales organization, handling multi-family customer inquiries, qualifying and processing leads, and maintaining accurate CRM data. The role supports the sales team by managing inbound and outbound activities, coordinating with outside sales, and contributing to lead‑generation and pipeline‑development efforts, ensuring professional and customer‑focused engagement throughout the sales process.

What You Will Do:

  • Respond to multi-family customer inquiries, gather initial information, and assess needs.

  • Manage customer expectations and communicate next steps in the buying process.

  • Accurately enter and maintain lead, opportunity, and account data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

  • Qualify leads, route them to the appropriate sales consultant, and schedule appointments or virtual demos as needed.

  • Coordinate with outside sales to align follow-up practices and support customer engagement.

  • Use internal sales tools and third‑party data to identify prospects and build targeted lead lists.

  • Support lead‑generation activities, including outbound calling, campaigns, and market initiatives.

  • Contribute to ad hoc projects supporting broader business and sales efforts.

What You Need to Succeed:

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of sales experience (inside or outside); B2B sales experience preferred.

  • Multi-family or commercial segment experience is advantageous.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent Allegion in a professional manner.

  • Demonstrated customer‑focused and sales‑oriented mindset.

  • CRM experience required, Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience preferred.

  • Proficiency with Power BI is considered a plus.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Experience handling both inbound and outbound customer calls.

  • Experience with lead-list management within multi-family or commercial market segments.

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

  • The expected Salary Range: $45,000-$60,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
