Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide support to sales team in administrative duties such as order processing, documentation, reporting, namely
- Work closely with sales team to support them to achieve company revenue targets
- Assist sales team on handling all administrative jobs / other ad-hoc tasks
- Handle customers’ inquiry through mail & phone (e.g. preparing quotation and proforma invoice, tracking delivery schedule, handling order cancellation etc.)
- Responsible for handling customer Purchase Order (PO) and monitoring order status (e.g. order entry, payment collection, delivery arrangement, sales and credit release, etc.)
- Customer relationship building
- Hands on, detailed oriented, work under pressure
Requirements:
- F. 6 or above education background
- Knowledge and experience in MS office applications, namely outlook, MS word, excel and other office applications
- Working experience in supporting sale team / operation would be ideal
- Fresh graduate will be considered
- Immediate available is highly preferred
