Job Title:  Alastin Inside Sales Account Manager

Location:   Miami

Description

The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for building and growing the Inside Sales function within Alastin.   The position is responsible for enhancing portfolio growth through business development activities using primarily phone and email communication.  The position will report to the Associate Director, Customer and Sales Support and will be responsible for providing sales coverage to accounts in assigned geographies, vacant and leave of absence territories to help provide coverage and support for targeted accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide sales coverage for accounts / geographies, lead qualification, leaves of absences and vacancies
  • Promote and sell products to a database of Inside Sales accounts and prospects within assigned geographies or on an as needed basis depending on current needs
  • Educate customers regarding use of the company’s products, how they fulfill the needs of the customer, indications/contraindications, and safety of the products
  • Perform effective online demos or training webinars for accounts
  • Build strong professional relationships, establish credibility and rapport with customers.
  • Develop and initiate specific course of action to increase sales and market share
  • Implement and execute key marketing strategies.
  • Create order suggestions, upsell and close sales to achieve sales goals.  Enter orders into system, collect all new account paperwork during process
  • Assist with account issues including, but not limited to; order tracking, missing product, returns/exchanges on orders and payment issues
  • Qualify inbound leads and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Manager for further development and closure
  • Suggest and implement improvements for Inside Sales function based on industry best practices
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3 or more years previous aesthetics inside sales experience or field sales experience required. Previous skincare experience preferred.
  • BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent education and directly related years of experience required
  • Knowledge of clinical, surgical techniques and aesthetic procedures and medical terminology
  • Experience building strong relationships, establishing credibility and rapport with customers
  • Effective goal setting, planning and communication, relationship-building, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to present to a group in a virtual setting
  • Self-reliant with ability to make solid business decisions
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Effective goal setting, planning and communication, relationship-building, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with NetSuite or order entry portal and/or CRM system a plus
  • Ability to provide service to accounts in various time zones across the US
  • Actively participate and attend scheduled sales meetings and conference calls
  • Ability to work longer hours as needed during end of month, quarter and year to deliver on quota
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Some travel may be required; including travel to accounts during vacancy/LOA’s
