Title: Inside Sales - Account Executive (II)

Location: Cebu, Philippines

Summary

Our Inside Sales - Account Executive (II) is aligned directly to the field sales organization to drive and support account management for our APAC Retail customers. This role maintains close relationships with the field organization and clients in both pre and post sales activities including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

We are looking for someone that will be working at Cebu office, where he/she will be closely working with our Account Managers for APAC Retail customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced knowledge of the IT and/or retail technology industry, experience with computer-based programs, and the ability to learn and present hardware, software, and services portfolios to customers.
  • Pre-Sales Account Management
  • Customer Master Data Management
  • CRM, Quotation, and Order Execution Ownership
  • Lead sales cycle for existing products sold to existing clients
  • Client Engagement
  • Customer Experience Center visit planning
  • Customer QBR Engagement
  • Channel Partner Engagement
  • Direct Customer Engagement
  • Subscription & Contract Renewals
  • Full cycle sales execution
  • Cross-Sell / Upsell Initiatives
  • Identify and provide guidance to Inside Sales Support I on potential opportunities
  • In-cycle upsell identification and execution

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years sales or customer facing experience
  • Self-starter with outgoing personality, positive attitude, and great interpersonal skills
  • Technologically Savvy - understands complex software solutions / professional services
  • University degree in relevant field
  • Strong relationship and organizational skills are required
  • Must be goal-oriented, determined, well-articulated and possess sound phone/CRM skills
  • Strong computer skills are required (working across multiple systems)
  • Strong presentation skills
