The Team:

The Inside Leads team works with broad market (small /medium business) leads. Our main function to research leads and contact customers. We also collaborate closely with application engineers to introduce the customer to further products that fit their applications. We have exposure to a large range of applications and products.

The Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated sales driven individual who is eager to learn.  They must be excellent communicators who are comfortable reaching out to our customers and interacting with our internal stakeholders in the Broadmarket and across other groups in ADI.

This exciting role will support the Sales team by utilizing our enhanced Digital tools to research Leads to target new and existing customers.

Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:

  • Qualify and nurture marketing leads, using ADI’s digital tools, research, and targeted outreach.
  • Analyze market trends to prioritize selling efforts and strengthen product knowledge.
  • Conduct detailed research on target organizations, contacts, and customer needs.
  • Engage prospective customers via phone and email with clear, professional communication.
  • Follow up on warm leads and provide sales and technical support to new and existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including account insights and technical details.
  • Analyze data to generate insights and develop innovative strategies to drive product adoption.
  • Review lead and product information to prepare customer-ready product and collateral summaries.
  • Leverage applications and reference designs to cross-sell additional product lines.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present key business metrics to senior leadership.
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance and sales targets.
  • Document business requirements and partner with IT to deliver technical projects.
  • Stay current on ADI products, market dynamics, and internal campaigns to uncover new opportunities.
  • Apply semiconductor and end-market knowledge to align solutions to customer applications.
  • Build strong relationships across global functions (Sales, Marketing, Business Units, Pricing, and Technical Support).
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree required in one of the preferred areas: IT, Marketing, Communications, Business & Administration
  • Master’s degree is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Self-starter who works effectively in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple requirements at the same time
  • Business & Marketing basics
  • Strong Communication skills

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $68,790 to $94,605.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
