The Inside Account Representative for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) Organization deliver results and provide exceptional customer service to our partners. In the Inside Account Representative role, you work with specific, identified accounts.
You will work with your colleagues to provide appropriate information to meet our partners needs while supporting company directives to drive revenues and margins to ensure organizational profitability. Take your sales career to the next level as an Inside Account Representative.

Formulate account plans
Note account slippage and create a proactive strategy to gain business
Engage with partners for quotes and orders and ensure that team enters those quotes and orders successfully
Effectively manage a sales pipeline to guarantee continual growth
Make inbound and outbound sales calls to an established client base in order to quote prices and provide product information
Build influential relationships with our vendor partners and resellers
Help resellers navigate vendor programs to maximize the profit for both TD SYNNEX and our partners
Identify and develop business opportunities
Create business plans to uncover new opportunities and increase TD SYNNEX's sales and profits
Perform additional duties as assigned
Meets attendance and punctuality standard
Required Education: High School Graduate
G.E.D. Certification plus 1 year of relevant experience
Experience managing B2B accounts, driving revenue via calls, email, and virtual meetings, and consistently meeting KPIs
Strong time management and attention to detail in a high-volume environment; adherence to TD SYNNEX policies, data privacy, and ethical selling standards.
3+ years’ commercial experience desired.
College degree in Marketing or BA.
Proficient in English (level B1 or higher) desired.
Professional environment (Remote).
Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
