Inpatient Registered Nurse, Hospice

Full Time Inpatient RN

Shift: Work 7 days on, 7 days off, at Mercy Hospital in the Transitional Care Unit 

Get paid Full Time for only working 26 weeks per year!

We are recruiting for a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to reliably serve patients at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MO. This is a Full Time position.

What you’ll do:

• Visit a variety of clients in the hospital, and possibly in-home-Performing assigned duties, including care coordination, consultations, evaluations, discharges, procedures and comfort care.
• Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
• Performing client assessments as necessary.

What you should have:

• Active and current RN license
• One year of clinical experience preferred
• Previous hospice experience welcomed, but not required. We will train you!
• Ability to travel locally to cases as assigned
