The Opportunity:
We are seeking an innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team and deliver mission-critical visual solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and execute compelling visual concepts that elevate communications for our customers and stakeholders. You will shape visual strategies across a wide range of internal and external communications, translating complex information into clear, high-impact digital and print artwork. You will guide projects autonomously from the initial strategy and conceptualization phases through to final production, ensuring all products meet strict quality and security standards. 

Responsibilities:

  • Join an established, highly collaborative in-house creative team dedicated to delivering high-impact visual solutions for the government. We are building a forward-thinking team that values strategic consultation, proactive problem-solving, and professional growth, offering a unique opportunity to shape mission-critical communications at the highest levels. 
  • As a graphic designer supporting a vital government contract, you will translate complex customer requirements into a wide variety of visually appealing products that directly support the agency's mission. You will tackle projects of varying complexity, designing everything from high-quality environmental exhibits, digital signage, and executive briefing presentations to posters, publications, infographics, and comprehensive campaigns.
  • Operating within a classified space, you will play a crucial role in providing state-of-the-art visual support, ensuring government stakeholders and senior leadership can communicate their objectives effectively and accurately. 


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI with CI poly.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Interactive Design, or a related field. 

  • Portfolio: A robust professional portfolio demonstrating a wide range of graphic design capabilities, complex problem-solving, and a strong grasp of typography, layout, and color theory. (Must provide a link or PDF attachment with application).  
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Four years of relevant experience in the graphic design field.
  • Two years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Two years of relevant project management experience.
  • Highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office products.


Desired:

  • Experience with Workamajig project management software.
  • Experience with pre-flight, printing, and binding equipment.
  • Experience with motion or interactive design.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$70,800 - $148,600
