- Clearly define and document technical requirements, solution architectures, testing plans, and implementation roadmaps in partnership with the Product Owner.
- Apply a user-centered, iterative approach to problem solving, incorporating rapid prototyping, testing, and feedback to inform solution design.
- Identify opportunities where technology can reduce manual effort, streamline workflows, and enable teams to focus on higher-value work across the organization.
- Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and decisions needed to maintain momentum and meet timelines.
Technology Deployment & Integration
- Serve as the technical owner for Innovation initiatives from proof-of-concept through deployment.
- Support delivery of fan-facing technologies, including frictionless entry, biometric authentication, contactless payments, mobile integrations, and experiential technology pilots.
- Partner with IT and Data teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready within enterprise systems.

- Present technical findings, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to long-term technology strategy aligned with AMBSE business priorities and innovation roadmap.
- Ensure technical ideas, enhancements, and opportunities are introduced through the Innovation intake process and evaluated in alignment with broader business priorities.
