- IR Capability Transformation Leadership:
Support and lead affiliate innovation readiness transformation projects, capability building, and process optimization. - Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and governance of innovation readiness programs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Drive day-to-day execution of IR operation plans across multiple TAs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders, functional teams, and external partners to drive adoption and sustain momentum. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (Medical, PRA, CA, Marketing, etc.).
- Change Management: Develop and execute change strategies to support innovation culture, mindset shifts, and organizational readiness. Manage governance, dashboards, timelines, and alignment with cross function, leadership teams. Increased China visibility and credibility as a pilot affiliate, best practices sharing with global/IBU teams.
- Performance Measurement: Define KPIs and success metrics to track progress, impact, and continuous improvement of IR initiatives.
- IR Plan Process and Governance: Support innovation readiness business plan, capability building and onboarding new TA IR teams. Support IR activities (e.g., education pilots, evidence generation) by defining process, guidance. Liaise with global IR COE on IR capability building, status updates, workshop.
