Position Summary:
The Specialist, Innovation Operations provides diverse support to the LivaNova Innovation organization. This includes operational execution of Innovation Governance forums, Leadership Team meetings, and Communication plans. This role will also support the implementation and maintenance of the LivaNova Innovation Operating Model and ongoing cultural transformation.
General Responsibilities:
Ensure consistent execution of key Innovation processes, including Science and Technology Committee (STC), via coordination within Innovation and across partner functions within LivaNova
Support the creation of, and lead the management, publication, and refinement of metrics and internal and external communication tools for the Innovation organization, including escalating areas of concern when identified
Support the planning and execution of face-to-face events across the Innovation organization as assigned
Support the procurement of external vendors and consultants per LivaNova processes, as needed
Support processes to ensure compliance requirements associated with Innovation events are met
Skills and Experience:
5+ years’ experience in the medical device industry; experience with Innovation or an Innovation-related function preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and ability to deliver on assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision

Travel when necessary (up to 10%)
Pay Transparency: A reasonable estimate of the annual base salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 + discretionary annual bonus. Pay ranges may vary by location.
