About the role
The Innovation Insights Lead will be a strategic partner to the Innovation team, being a key voice in the Innovation Strategy, and leading the End-to-End learning agenda for key innovations in the US market. The candidate will leverage these insights to drive clarity about the key components of successful innovations (proposition, packaging, claims, messaging) and work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure that our innovations are rooted in consumer needs.
Role Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Innovation Lead to shape the Innovation Strategy by gathering and organizing knowledge from various sources to support our Innovation Pillars.
Own the end-to-end Innovation research as established in the Innovation Operating Model.
Drive agile, fit-to-purpose decision making, driving quality in execution without compromising speed to market
Become an instrumental stakeholder as the “voice of the consumer” in strategic discussions with Innovation, Brand, Customer Strategy, R&D and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate with Category/Brand Insights and Shopper Insights to mine existing foundational insights.
Clearly articulate recommendations based on existing knowledge, inclusive of current knowledge and new research.
Drive pilots of new methods to understand “what’s next” in research methodologies to drive precision and agility.

Why You?
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
5 years of experience in strategy, brand management, innovation, consumer/shopper insights, analytics, or roles that involve enabling simplicity in complex situations.
Experience in managing multi project-based workload and written, strong functional/technical skills.
Agile and quick learner with astute strategy abilities and mindset.
Excellent communicator and presenter, with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
Excellent interpersonal skills, being able to effectively interact with different leadership styles.
Demonstrated ability to drive influence with key colleagues.
Strong intellectual curiosity and analytical skills to identify trends from multiple sources and translate into compelling storytelling.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Demonstrates values and behaviors consistent with Haleon expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or MBA.
Familiarity with secondary data sources (i.e. Circana, Numerator, etc).
Familiarity with consumer/shopper research methods.
Location: This is a hybrid position based in Warren, NJ, requiring on-site presence 3 days per week.
The Salary Range for this role is $121,952 – $167,684 USD + 12% bonus
