The Opportunity:
Serve as a vital member of the client’s Innovation and Future Modernization (FM) team, focused on advancing joint warfighting capabilities through innovative concepts and experimentation. Collaborate with Combatant Commands, Services, coalition partners, and partner nation’s forces to validate Army capabilities in a combined, joint, operating environment. Provide timely, informed, and expert recommendations to senior leaders, including the Commanding General, on experimentation, capability development, and joint operations. Seamlessly integrate experimentation into exercises, ensuring interoperability and synchronization across domains. Represent the Innovation and FM team and the U.S. Army in interactions with mission partners, demonstrating cultural competence, diplomatic skills, and technical expertise. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes joint and combined interoperability and engagement with partners and allies. Work without considerable direction.
You Have:
2+ years of experience writing technical SOPs and problem statements
1+ years of experience engaging with senior officials in DoD or U.S. government agencies
Experience working day to day with foreign nationals
Experience planning, developing, and implementing technical programs
Experience with the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP)
Ability to conduct research and analysis to develop and brief data summaries that will support decision-making
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
2+ years of experience on Combatant Command, Joint, or Service headquarters staff, or operational-level headquarters
Experience designing analytic frameworks and data collection plans for experiments
Experience engaging with ROKA and international partners, including cultural competence and diplomatic skills
Ability to brief senior leaders and prepare comprehensive reports
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
