  • Partner with people, not just processes; working closely with injured team members, managers, HR, insurers and providers to remove barriers and support a safe, sustainable return to meaningful work.
  • Keep everyone informed by sharing clear updates and the right documents at each step so decisions are easy and recovery stays on track.
  • Track outcomes and share insights; monitoring trends in mechanism of injury (including physical and psychosocial) and geographical locations
  • Reduce risk and promote wellbeing by identifying trends and psychosocial risks, suggesting suitable‑duties options, and highlighting cost‑effective supports that speed recovery.
  • Contribute to safety initiatives by supporting WHS projects and process improvements that strengthen our culture of safety and wellbeing so our people can keep serving communities.
  • Providing data metrics and LTIFR in the Executive Committee (monthly) and Board reports (quarterly)
