Injection Molding- Machine Operator 3rd shift– Sanford, NC

We have an opportunity for an Injection Molding Machine Operator to join our Sanford, NC team. You will be setting up and preparing your machine for each production run and monitoring production to ensure quality during the process.

Checking the parts to ensure they are correct per BOM & pick list.
Ability to assemble a product.
Prior knowledge and use of hand tools and gauges
Proper use of lift devices for manufacturing processes
Ability to work or be trained in on multiple machines.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Rotating every 4 hours and standing for 8 hours.
Position hours/shift:
3rd shift: 10:45pm to 7:15am, Sunday through Thursday (Plus overtime and weekends if needed)
Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
Compensation:
For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated hourly base pay will be from $17.00 per hour plus 8% of shift premium. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
