Perform all start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting of the molding process during normal production run.
Coordinate and/or setup all secondary and auxiliary equipment as needed for each job
Ensure that the production activities are carried out in accordance with approved procedures
Promote safety, quality and environmental awareness at all times
Communicate with management, quality assurance and shop floor daily to discuss all modeling related issues
Shift: 3rd shift, 11pm to 730am, (Sun - Thurs)
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Scientific Molding or related course work.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
LSR/Medical Molding Experience preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and scientific molding experience preferred
Knowledge of process troubleshooting using scientific molding methods.
Knowledge of injection molding machinery, control systems (electric, hydraulic, pneumatic).
Knowledge of material handling/auxiliary equipment, dryers, conveyors, Etc.
Knowledge of auxiliary equipment (mold temperature controllers, hot runner controllers, sprue pickers, robots).
