We are seeking a motivated Clinical Trial Administrator to join our strong and dynamic team. In this role, you will be an essential contributor to the planning and execution of clinical trials, supporting study design, data interpretation, and the development of innovative treatments and therapies. 

What you will be doing

1. Administration

• Coordinate and support the daily operational activities of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory standards.
• Assist in scheduling, tracking study progress, and maintaining trial timelines.

2. Document Management

• Maintain and organize all clinical trial documentation, including study files, essential documents, and regulatory submissions.
• Prepare and update study-related materials such as informed consent forms, case report forms, and other required documentation.

3. Financial Oversight

• Support the financial follow-up of clinical trials, including processing invoices and tracking payments.
• Assist in contract setup and coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution.

4. General Team Support

• Provide administrative support to the broader team, including organizing team meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and managing orders or office supplies.
• Facilitate communication across departments to ensure smooth trial operations.
• 5. Logistics Coordination
• Oversee the logistical aspects of clinical trials, ensuring study sites receive the necessary supplies and materials on time.
• Track shipments and inventory to support uninterrupted trial conduct.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline.

• Previous experience or a strong interest in clinical research.

• Solid understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and industry guidelines.

• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
