Your role
At ING, we believe AI should solve real problems and create tangible value. As an AI Adoption Intern, you will support the Global Investment Center in identifying, designing, and structuring AI use cases that matter for the business and scalable way of working.
You will help structure what AI can do, what data and systems are needed (including already existing AI tools within ING) and how knowledge should be organized so that AI becomes embedded in daily ways of working.
This is not a traditional technical internship. It is a strategic, analytical and design‑oriented role blending technical capabilities with creative mindset to unlock full AI potential in our journey to become fully scalable Investment Engine of ING.
The team
The Global Investment Center (GIC) is at the heart of ING’s ambition to strengthen its global investment capabilities and create a single, scalable investment engine across markets.
As part of this journey, we are accelerating the practical adoption of AI across the full investment value chain at scale, across countries, focusing on real business value, not experimentation for experimentation’s sake.
To support this ambition, we are looking for high‑potential interns who want to work at the intersection of AI, data and investment decision‑making.
