Job Description:
The Infrastructure & Platforms Leader is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, security, and continuous improvement of Pluxee’s local infrastructure and workplace environment. The role supports and executes the global infrastructure strategy at the country level, working closely with Regional and Global Infrastructure & Platforms teams. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence, delivering high-quality IT services, and enabling business continuity.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

SPECIFIC TASKS:
Manage daily operations of local infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, network components, and workplace technologies.
Ensure availability, resilience, and security of IT services, meeting established global and local SLAs.
Monitor system performance, coordinate incident resolution, and implement preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection requirements, and internal governance policies.
Maintain accurate documentation, asset inventories, and audit-ready records.
Produce regular reports on performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.
Oversee local IT support teams, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Ensure high-quality end-user experience across workplace, connectivity, and collaboration tools.
Collaborate with Regional and Global Technology Operations on major incidents.
Manage local IT vendors, service providers, and partners.
Work with business stakeholders on infrastructure-related needs.
Promote continuous improvement aligned with Pluxee’s technology strategy.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5 – 8 years in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity or platform management.
Minimum 3 years in leadership or coordination roles.
Experience in multi-country operations within hybrid-cloud environments is desirable
Proficiency with monitoring tools, automation frameworks, and ITIL processes.
Strong Microsoft 365 proficiency (required).
Certifications such as ITIL, Azure Administrator, or AWS SysOps preferred.
Fluent in English ( required).
