DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support active infrastructure planning assignments, including feasibility studies, linear corridor and vertical facility analyses, and policy and master planning projects.
Prepare planning reports and alternative assessments.
Take on increasing responsibility for deliverable development, stakeholder engagement, and analysis.
Collaborate with the project design team to deliver projects (Environmental Assessment Reports, Studies and Detailed Design) that meet client requirements.
Mentor junior team members, leading by example to promote a high-performance team culture.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Planning.
3-5 years of relevant experience in urban and infrastructure planning and delivery, with exposure to both public and private sector projects.
RPP (Registered Professional Planner) designation or eligibility to register is strongly preferred.
Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to plan and deliver tasks to schedule.
Engineering support during construction and contract administration experience is considered an asset.

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $70,000-$88,000 for this position and local market. TYLin is proud to offer exciting career development opportunities coupled with a comprehensive total rewards package.
