These skills will help you succeed in this role:

  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills

  • Experience managing technical programs or large-scale IT initiatives

  • Proficient in managing day-to-day program activities, including setting priorities and allocating resources to align with strategic objectives

  • Ability to lead conversations with platform owners, risk teams, and senior stakeholders

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment with competing priorities

  • Familiarity with configuration management tools (i.e., Qualys, Chef Inspec, ServiceNow Configuration Compliance) and standards (e.g., NIST, CIS)

  • Expertise in ensuring program processes comply with regulatory requirements and organizational standards

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in configuration management, cybersecurity or technology roles with at least 5 years in a technical management role overseeing large complex programs
