- Support engineering teams by fulfilling operational requests, enabling safe changes, and providing Tier 2/3 on-prem platform support

- Collaborate closely with cross regional partners to improve operational runbooks, standards, and automation that reduce toil and increase reliability
- Participate in on call rotations that follow the sun with your global engineering peers
YOU ARE
- A solid Infrastructure engineer passionate about secure, scalable, and innovative hybrid solutions
- A collaborator who enjoys working with global teammates across cultures and time zones
- A clear and confident communicator, in both spoken and written English and be able to work with technical and nontechnical audiences

- Familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM / ITIL), operations maturity, and enabling service teams
- A proactive, self-directed engineer who thrives in a dynamic, global environment
