Role Summary
The Infra leader leads the design and institutionalization of our containerized, cloud‑ready platform that underpins CREP’s core modernization. The role consolidates environment architecture, resilience/DR, security & compliance, observability, CI/CD and automation into one governed platform capability.

Qualifications
Must‑Have
7–10+ years delivering enterprise cloud / container / platform programs with cross‑vendor leadership.
Proven infrastructure execution experience within the insurance industry, supporting mission‑critical, regulated production environments.
Hands‑on architecture experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift, CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC).
Ability to embed security, disaster recovery / resilience, and regulatory compliance into platform design and operations.
Strong supplier and vendor governance experience across infrastructure and platform domains.
Demonstrated capability in cross‑country / cross‑culture communication, working effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
Executive‑level communication skills, able to translate complex technical topics into business‑level outcomes.
