Job Summary: This role serves as a senior advisor and subject matter expert in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), text analytics, and automation technologies. The individual is responsible for leading advanced research and investigations to identify emerging technologies and develop strategic program initiatives that align with agency-wide goals and priorities.

Qualifying education must have been obtained from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT: In addition to meeting the basic requirement, applicants must also meet the minimum qualification requirement. SK-16: Applicant must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS/SK-14 level: Conducting in-depth research and analysis on emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, and evaluating how they can be integrated into existing enterprise systems and architecture; Planning and overseeing information technology modernization projects; AND Developing and implementing strategies and plans for improving business processes.
