ABOUT THE POSITION
The Information Security Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of Information Security professionals within a Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. They will oversee the delivery of key Information Security initiatives, capabilities, and outcomes aligned with Information Security, Technology, and global business objectives. GCC employees will include resources from Cybersecurity Engineering, Cybersecurity Incident Response, Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineering and Operations, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The Delivery Manager will collaborate closely with North America-based managers and other stakeholders to ensure the program success and strengthen the organization’s security posture and governance obligations in alignment with its risk appetite.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering technical growth and accountability.
- Serve as a key point of contact for global Information Security stakeholders.
- Enhance collaboration between cross-regional teams for seamless program delivery.
- Identify and address emerging security risks to protect business assets.
- Ensure timely delivery of Information Security projects and ongoing operations that support company goals.
- Drive process optimization to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across teams.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are understood and implemented.
- Develops and tracks metrics and reporting for security operations and compliance.
YOU ARE:
- An experienced leader in Information Security, fluent with key capabilities across the Cyber, Identity, and GRC domains (e.g., EDR, SIEM, SWG, DFIR, PAM, PKI, SSO, Entra, AD, Identity Lifecycle Management, User Access Reviews, Risk Assessment, TPRM, Control Testing, etc.).
- Skilled in managing diverse teams and building cross-functional relationship, preferably within a global or matrixed environment.
- Results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time.
- Effective communicator, able to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative, fostering trust and teamwork within and across regions.
- Committed to continuous learning and professional development.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Resourceful and resilient in managing multiple priorities.
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as a CISSP, CISM, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Information Security roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability management, incident response, defense in depth, identity lifecycle, principle of least privileged, risk management, third-party risk, etc.
- Experience working with international teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record in managing Information Security programs and delivering measurable results.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, or other relevant standards.
