As Influencer Relations Manager, you will own and scale our influencer and creator ecosystem as a key driver of brand relevance in the Swiss market. You will play a central role in strengthening the positioning of Sunrise and Yallo by building impactful, long‑term collaborations with creators that resonate with our target audiences.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Define and execute the influencer marketing strategy across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), aligned with brand and campaign objectives for Sunrise and Yallo
  • Build, manage, and grow a high-quality creator network in Switzerland, focusing on long-term partnerships over one-off activations
  • Lead end-to-end influencer collaborations: briefing, negotiation, contracting, content approval, and performance tracking
  • Ensure strong creator-brand fit, audience relevance (CH focus), and high-quality, platform-native storytelling
  • Manage influencer campaigns as a key preference layer within all stages of the purchase funnel
  • Manage budgets, optimize spend efficiency, and increase transparency in creator investments
  • Track and analyze performance (reach, engagement, watchtime, CPM, conversions) and continuously optimize approach
  • Stay on top of platform trends, creator landscape, and emerging formats to drive innovation

YOUR SKILLS:

  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a comparable qualification
  • You bring 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing in Switzerland (agency or in-house) and a strong understanding of the local creator landscape
  • You have built and managed a creator network and are motivated to continuously grow it through active networking and outreach
  • You are a strong negotiator, confident in pricing, buyouts and contracts with creators
  • You combine a data-driven, analytical mindset with strong relationship-building skills
  • You are an outgoing, professional team player who takes ownership and thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
  • You are fluent in German and English and have solid working proficiency in French; you are flexible and willing to occasionally work outside regular hours (e.g. events, shoots, weekends)
