INEOS Sales Consultant

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

We're seeking an INEOS Brand Specialist to join our team. If you have luxury automotive sales experience and a strong drive to exceed customer expectations, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Deliver expert knowledge of INEOS vehicles, offering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Lead vehicle presentations, conduct test drives, and demonstrate features effectively.
  • Work closely with Sales and F&I Managers to finalize deals and arrange financing or leasing options.
  • Follow up post-sale to ensure total customer satisfaction.


Training & Brand Knowledge

  • Conduct ongoing product knowledge sessions, including walk-arounds and handover training.
  • Serve as the dealership’s INEOS Genius – the go-to expert for complex customer queries.

Ordering & Inventory Management

  • Coordinate with General Sales Managers to maintain the right vehicle mix in stock.
  • Monitor order pipeline and manage accessory installations.
  • Maintain and update key vehicle tracking spreadsheets (inventory, pipeline, availability).
  • Retrieve and review build sheets, invoices, and window stickers from the INEOS portal.

CRM & Website Oversight

  • Monitor and manage INEOS leads daily using DealerSocket and the INEOS CRM.
  • Ensure high-quality data capture and follow-up, aiming for a 90%+ email capture rate.
  • Oversee dealer campaigns and ensure compliance with OEM requirements.
  • Keep the brand’s website and inventory listings current and engaging.

Marketing & Events

  • Support all dealership marketing efforts and off-site events.
  • Represent the brand professionally and ensure optimal customer data collection at all events.

Administrative & Delivery Duties

  • Complete all sales paperwork and coordinate delivery and registration of vehicles.
  • Collaborate closely with your team to exceed monthly sales targets and enhance dealership success.
  • Stay informed on product updates, competitor offerings, and automotive trends.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Luxury automotive sales experience is required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Regular Full-Time

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average monthly pay of $3,000-$10,000 with earning potential based on your personal performance.
