Job Summary: The Due Diligence Team Lead (DDTL) serves as part of the Due Diligence Division leadership team and is responsible for managing the research, analysis, and timely production of business and security-related Entity Vulnerability Assessments (EVAs) evaluating a company's risk indicators and assessing the resultant vulnerabilities' impact on a company's management personnel, business operations, USG customers, security posture, and national security.

Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade (GS/GG- 12) in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility. Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience. Specialized experience for this position includes: Applying advanced knowledge across multiple United States Government (USG) security disciplines, such as, personnel, industrial, physical, and information security, to analyze and resolve complex security issues. Utilizing knowledge of intelligence and counterintelligence programs to independently identify, analyze, and report on threat indicators and their direct impact on personnel and corporate entities. Employing a wide range of agency processes, systems, and tools to conduct vetting and develop mitigation strategies for companies contracted to support the USG. Analyzing complex and multi-layered corporate structures, including their governance, ownership, and financial documentation, to identify and assess significant vulnerabilities related to foreign influence and financial stability. Managing and completing recurring, moderately complex evaluations Entity Vulnerability Assessments (EVAs), applying security, business, and intelligence expertise to inform agency and USG customers of critical national security vulnerabilities. Gathering complex security and business findings into clear and persuasive written products and oral briefings to advise senior-level government and industry leaders and justify assessment outcomes. Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies: 1. Vulnerabilities Assessment and Management- Conduct assessments on threats and vulnerabilities, determine the level of risk, and develop and recommend appropriate mitigation countermeasures in operational and non-operational situations. Conduct assessments in a counterintelligence context to protect against espionage, other intelligence activities, and sabotage conducted for or on behalf of foreign powers, organizations or persons, or international terrorist activities. 2. Decision Making- Makes sound, well-informed, and objective decisions; perceives the impact and implications of decisions; commits to action, even in uncertain situations, to accomplish organizational goals; causes change. 3. Developing Others- Develops the ability of others to perform and contribute to the organization by inspiring and providing a learning environment of ongoing feedback and opportunities to learn through formal and informal methods, enabling employees to address skill gaps and realize their highest potential.
