Ferguson is seeking an Industrial Project Manager! The Project Manager role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects—from initial award through completion and closeout—ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations. The position operates at the center of coordination between customers, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders, driving communication, execution, and performance across multiple active projects.

Responsibilities:

Project Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the complete project process from award date through project closeout.

  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, contractors, and owners to ensure on time delivery.

  • Develop and manage multiple project schedules.

  • Monitor progress of overall construction activities.

  • Lead calls with management to review job site issues, work schedules, sub-contractor performance, and workflow efficiency

  • Organize and schedule regular vendor meetings which provide updates on deliveries, technical issues, documentation, etc.

  • Organize and schedule regular customer updates on all aspects of the project.

  • Review and approve suggested changes by either customers or vendors and coordinate appropriate updates to scheduling and other timeline activities.

Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Industrial Inside Sales or Project Management

  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output

  • Knowledge of PVF materials and processes

  • Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate commercial and technical specifications

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software.

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ability to coordinate several major activities simultaneously

  • Customer service oriented with excellent leadership and negotiation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization

  • Team player with the aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with team members, vendors, and customers

Pay Range:

$4,500.00 - $8,433.70

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
