Industrial Performance Engineer

YOUR CHALLENGES:

• Responsibility for the KPI`s (OEE, RPI, DL cost)

• Support the process standards construction for its perimeter and ensure their deployment within the Product Line

• Challenge the sites regarding the methodologies to apply to reach these targets and improve ERIM, DL management.

• Ensure that sites budget are consistent, in terms or KPI`s targets and consistent with the Industrial PL

• Cooperation with product development

• Definition and implementation of industry standards

• Support for preparation of customer audits

• Support for P0 activities

• Support for the identification, solution and improvement of production problems

ABOUT YOU..

• Completed technical training with several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field or a degree in business administration

• At least 3 years of professional experience in process and cost optimization

• Good business knowledge and in-depth knowledge in the field of industrial performance management / CVP

• Confident use of MS Office as well as google applications

• High resilience, assertiveness and structured, goal- and result-oriented working methods

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Readiness to travel internationally on regular basis in a MUST
