As an Industrial Engineering SME for critical manufacturing applications in Industrial Engineering domain:
Maintain deep understanding of Semiconductors manufacturing process (eg: Linear programming for capacity analysis, factory modelling for IEs)
Drive business alignment, and development of joint roadmaps for IT solutions that support business objectives.
As an IT Solution Analyst involved in solutioning of manufacturing implementation and improvement projects.
Collaborate with other Solution analysts to design solutions that fit into the overall IT architecture and system landscape.
Participate in design activities and preparing functional designs for development.
Participate in feasibility analysis to ensure recommended solutions meet business requirements
Collaborate with development teams to guarantee the high quality solution delivery
Qualification
Must:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related science
Proven experience, at least 5 years, in IT projects in (semiconductors) manufacturing environment
Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset and ability to work in a global environment
Fast learner, and thinking outside of the box. Organized personality.
Plus:
Experience in or knowledge about Process modeling or Enterprise Architecture or Capacity planning
Interest in project management and continuous improvement
Good command in English speaking, listening and writing.
